Ben's first day of school as a first grader.
When asked, afterward, if he liked school he said, " Yes, they have lots of recess!".
Two weeks in, he's not as excited and now thinks school is too long.

Your kids are growing up so fast! I can't believe Benny is in 1st grade, that is crazy. I would agree that recess is the best part of school when you are in 1st grade!

It's okay. Sometimes Grandma thinks school is too long too, but ya know what? School is so worth the effort. So many good things happen to you and for you when you hang in there and do well in school. I mean look at your dad, school did okay by him. Hang in there Benny. Grandpa and Grandma Sperry love you.
